- Cigar Thief does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21.
- ALL PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED WITH ADULT SIGNATURES REQUIRED.
- Cigar Thief does not ship products to South Dakota and Utah.
- Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
We are required to collect and remit sales tax in the state of Pennsylvania. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of these states is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery times are based off of the shipping order cutoff time and are subject to payment approval. All delivery times, except Saturday, are based on business days (Monday – Friday) and exclude holidays. Special considerations may incur additional delivery times; see our shipping terms for further details.
Free Shipping will be delivered via UPS and/or USPS. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, US Territories
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times. Upgrade options are not available.
HAZMAT items (such as Butane)
Due to FAA regulations, expedited services are not available. These items will ship via USPS Parcel Post and may incur additional delivery times.
These items will ship via ground/freight services and may incur additional delivery times. Delivery may not be available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories for certain items. Driver will deliver to the shipping address, but is not required to assist in moving the oversized item into the building, or with setup/unpacking.
South Dakota & Utah
Cigar Thief does not ship products to South Dakota or Utah.
Maryland & Washington
Due to Maryland State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars to Maryland residents.
Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars or loose tobacco to Washington residents.
While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to:
• Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
• Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery
Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California.
When Should I Expect My Order
We will process all in-stock orders that are received for shipping within 2-3 days. Shipping takes up to 5 business days from date of shipment (not including weekends or holidays).
Online inventory is updated regularly. If an item is not immediately available, it will ship the moment it becomes available. We cannot be held responsible for UPS, USPS errors, or other delays out of our control. (Please note: for urgent and extremely time-sensitive requests, please call or email a representative to ensure availability before submitting your order, as certain items marked ‘available’ can sometimes sell out in the same day.)

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The Cigar Thief guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell and wants you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase(s). Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you call us and we will make the proper arrangements to remedy the situation. We will gladly refund any merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you need to return an item, please send INSURED via FedEx, UPS, or parcel post to our shipping address of: 2552 State Road, Bensalem PA 19020. Please notify us before returning any items. For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will promptly arrange for its replacement.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $7.50 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

International Shipping: Disclaimers and Notices
Please be aware that Cigar Thief cannot be responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by any 3rd party agency or shipping carriers. It’s important to do your own research before placing an order.
We ship all international orders using USPS Priority Mail and use commodity codes that designate our goods truthfully. Depending on the country, the inspecting customs agent may charge taxes and duties on our goods and/or have special restrictions for import. It is the responsibility of our customers to ask import officials the regulations regarding tobacco products and cigars.
If the package gets sent back to us, and you want it sent out again, you would have to pay for shipping again. If you decide that you do not want the package re-shipped and would like a refund, you would only get refunded the item total, minus a 5% restocking fee. Shipping cost does not get refunded. If the goods are destroyed or not returned, refunds are not available.
If a package is returned for being unclaimed, or for another reason that causes Boutique Cigar Brands to be charged a fee, this amount will be subtracted from your refund total.
With all of that being said, this situation does NOT happen often, but it can happen. We just want to make you aware of it just in case. If there is a big concern or depending on your circumstance, you can always try reaching your local customs office and tell them that you would like to import cigars, and ask them if there is anything you should be aware of.
